Cotton Calf Kitchen is a contemporary steakhouse and seafood restaurant located in the historic Braselton Brothers Store Complex in downtown Braselton, Georgia. We purchased the Braselton Brothers Store Complex in 2016 with the intention of restoring the building and creating a new destination for the community. The company worked with Chef Jason Lawton to develop a concept for a restaurant that would celebrate the flavors of the South. The result was Cotton Calf Kitchen, which opened in 2017. We were careful to preserve the historic character of the building during the construction of Cotton Calf Kitchen. The original brick walls, hardwood floors, and tin ceilings were all restored, and the restaurant was outfitted with custom-made furniture and fixtures. The result is a restaurant that is both modern and stylish, yet still retains its historic charm. Cotton Calf Kitchen is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. The restaurant is known for its excellent food, its warm atmosphere, and its friendly service. The ADC company is proud to have played a role in the creation of this unique and special restaurant.
